Driver of the company was a great communicator during both the booking process and pick-up. He came early and calmly and easily drove me through very heavy rain to Florida City. His SUV was opulent and immaculate. As an added benefit, he is also wonderfully kind. He is someone I would highly recommend, and the next time I need a car service, he will be my first call.

Very professional. Our flight got delayed after I notified TR we were arriving early. Upon arrival, we had to wait at least 40 mins for stroller and luggage since it was late/early morning. Chauffeur was waiting patiently by arrivals and kept me posted where he would be waiting. As soon as we walked out of the terminal, we immediately knew that was our car. We were very happy we didn’t have to wait in taxi line or walk to car share service area with all our bags and a sleeping toddler. Would definitely use again and will recommend to everyone
