First time customer reaching out with an incredibly last minute request – needed a pick-up from

airport within the hour. Frank immediately handled my request and was communicative, quick and helpful from start to finish. After the ride was booked and we had been connected to the driver, he even checked back in to let me know the passenger was in the car and on the way to the destination. Amazing customer service and will definitely use again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From booking with Emily to outstanding service from our drivers Rafael and Larry. Emily was a joy to work with. She kept her word at each step in the process. Rafael was patient, mannerly and very pleasant, always greeting my family and friends with a smile. He arrived early and never complained as he waited for a delayed bridal party. Larry was early to pick up our bride and groom, but waited patiently as wedding guests gathered for a final send off, the service we received was warm and greatly appreciated. I would happily book them in the future and highly recommend them.

I rented a large Mercedes Van to transport my team to a special event last weekend. Our driver Martin was before time and very pleasant to deal with. Our driver was well equipped with safety measures and helped us feel comfortable. The Van itself was nicely maintained and comfortable for our long journey. I would definitely recommend and look forward to doing more business with them!

A+ service! I looked at a lot of reviews and my gut said go with them! David was so easy to work with! The total he quoted was everything included, which was so nice to not have hidden fees. My husband and I have traveled to before but I wanted to surprise my kids with a special ride into the city for their first time! Boy they were excited! The driver called as soon as we landed and pick up was easy. We did an extra tour of the city after we were picked up from the airport and it was a perfect way to see the parts of the city I knew we didn’t have time for on this trip. We needed an over the top cool limo to get us from the airport to the Marriott Marquis. We found the perfect ride … how appropriate. Frank was incredibly accommodating, was there early with a beautiful clean super stretch. You could not ask more a more perfect experience. We opted for champagne and played our music on the blue tooth sound system which made the traffic quite enjoyable. This is an incredible operation.

We had such an amazing experience with Joe. He was right on time and very polite. The limo was super clean and he got us to our destination in a timely fashion. We loved it so much that we are having him drive us again tonight!

I rented a stretch limousine for a very special occasion. I was meeting with gorgeous young lady that I had not seen in over 15 years and wanted to make a special evening of it. My driver, Jo, was fantastic helping me plan all of the last minute pickup and drop off logistics since we were in very different parts of the city. He was very pleasant company having more than an hour between my pick up point and my dates. Hi interaction with the both of us was professional and friendly! My date thoroughly enjoyed our time in the limo. I give Jo my highest 5-Star rating! I would definitely use Jo again, Eric

We have used them for all our local car service and they are always amazing. Cars are clean, drivers are courteous and on time. Larry, our driver today, was excellent!
